Garvey Intermediate student achievement is measured through proficiency tests and report cards.  Report cards are issued at the end of each trimester.  The first and second trimester report cards are distributed at parent/teacher conferences.  The final report card is given to students to take home on the last day of school.  Report cards not distributed directly to the parents or students are mailed home.  Students at risk of receiving a "D", an "F" or a "U" are issued progress reports mid trimester.  These are mailed home.
