Garvey Carnival Dance on June 6

Eighth-grade students are invited to the Garvey Carnival Dance on June 6 (Monday) from 3pm-6pm.

Guests will enjoy thrilling carnival activities and games including a mega slide, rock climb, obstacle course, four sport challenge, and photo booth! Guests can dance with friends on the dance floor with a special DJ taking song requests. Food trucks will provide burgers, fries, cold drinks, and ice cream! This special event is brought to you by Ms. McDonald, Ms. Tang, and our Garvey staff.

Admission is FREE!!!

We look forward to seeing you eighth-grade Mustangs at the Garvey Carnival!

Garvey Yearbook Sales

A limited number of Garvey Yearbooks will be available for sale starting May 26 at the price of $35.00 per book. Sales will be at lunch at the Equipment Room.

In March students purchased a Garvey Yearbook during our special price sale ($30). The Yearbook is hard-covered with colored glossy photographs and content. It is 75 pages with a Timeline of Events at Garvey and sections on Academics, School Activities, Clubs, Memories, and more.

The yearbooks arrived at Garvey on May 24, 2022. Keep your receipt to claim your book on that date.

Drama Show on 4/28 (Thursday)

You are invited to an evening of fantasy, magic, and enchantment with the Mustang Theater Company’s production of NARNIA and That’s Dancing! Fun performances based on the works of CS Lewis and Jerome Robbins. Close to 50 student performers will dazzle you with their acting and dancing abilities.

Cost: $1.00 per ticket for all guests. Student guests must attend with an adult chaperone. Proof of Covid-19 vaccine or recent negative Covid-19 test needed. Tickets go on sale starting April 21 and 22 at lunch and after school at the Equipment Room or Room 403.

Music Show at 6PM on 3/30

You are invited to a Garvey Music Show featuring the band students in Mr. Drange's music class. Tickets are $1 for students and $2 for guests who are not students. Proof of Vaccination or a recent negative Covid test are required.

Students attending the show must be chaperoned by an adult 18 or older. See Mr. Drange for ticket information

The Music Show begins at 6:00 p.m and is expected to be 45 minutes long
